Week 4 of BMOC

Hey guys, here is the update on week 4 of BMOC. The workouts are going really well, I am still training intense with all the drop sets and supersets. In previous workouts I never used them quite as much as we do with BMOC but I will from this point on. I feel a lot harder and stronger even from using them. I have been wanting to talk to you guys about the importance of  BCAA's and Multi-vitamins. I have found a couple articles on bodybuilding.com that i think you guys should check out if your not on BCAA's and if you are check it out anyway so you know more of why they are essential for you to have on top of your fridge with the other supplements.

Also here is a multi-vitamin article. When I became a personal trainer I learned that we can't eat all the vitamins that are essential for our bodies. Multi-vitamins allow us to consume all the of the bear essential vitamins that we need for our bodies to run right.
