Finally

Hey guys, I know I have truly sucked at this but here is a bit to write this time to catch up. First lets start with this transformation, to be honest I have not gained weight but turned the weight I had into lean muscle. I am much harder than I have ever been before at 180 so in a sense I am happy about it. I really would like to stay lean this summer and make a weight gain in the winter time when their is no swimming. Second this is the importance of BCAA's, they are my number one go to supplement besides protein. BCAA's when increase your energy as well as intensity in the gym. And what I have noticed when on them is that I get a lot harder muscle when I am taking them. If your not on them do some research about them and start because they will make your results that much better.
