Week 3 BMOC

Hey guys, week 3 was great seeing some tremendous strength gains. I sort of like doing the same exercises every week due to the fact that you can see the strength gains. He keeps it at 8-12 reps for the most part and so it is easy to see if your gaining strength or not. The only thing that I have been really going lower that 8 is for my last set of deadlifts. I am now doing 405 for 5 so I am happy with that hoping to do 425 for 5 next week. I am just taking all natural supplements such as Intek evolution protein 35 grams per serving, Kre-alkalyn which is a ph buffered creatine before I workout, BCAAs, Dymatize nutrition super multi vitamin, fish oil and the curse pre workout.
